AS-FOUND, UNTESTED. We did plug it in and it DOES power on and the spool turners turn. Beyond that, we DO NOT know if it works. May or may not be complete. May or may not need parts and/or repair. Box is in condition shown in the pictures (minimum of moderate overall "shelf-wear" - possible rips/tears/taped areas - see pics). SEE PICS.
