CONDITION NOTES:

Canvas print is in excellent Near Mint or BETTER condition (scares us to ever call pre-owned items "mint" but we are very tempted to say it here). The gorgeous, ultra high quality, ornate frame is also in excellent condition but does have very minor damage at (3) of the (4) corners (top-left is good - the other 3 corners could use some touch-up paint or professional repair...we leave this up to you - see red arrows in pictures 6, 8 and 10) but absolutely NO major breaks or repairs. Outstanding example of a rare piece of art!! See pics.
