Being offered for sale is the pair of FUNCTIONAL-ART FOLDING STOOLS (2 of the 6 different stools offered (Mother, Father, Son, Daughter, Grandmother, Grandfather) with the "STOOLIE CONSOLE TABLE", which came with choice of any 4 of those stools (these 2 are the Son & Daughter stools) - NO table included - made of wood & marine grade aluminum with brushed/baked powder coating), each hand-signed "GARBOTZ" (at left foot/feet, see 4th pic) & dated "2001" by the artist FRED GARBOTZ (the following info quoted from invaluable.com "Sculpture: 3 Dimensional Sculptor and Furniture Designer Working From Rockledge Design Studio"), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. CONDITION NOTES:
Both are in Very Good pre-owned/used condition with minor -to- moderate overall cosmetic wear (i.e. scuffs, scratches, stains, dings, dents, etc., see pics) but NO breaks or repairs and remain structurally rigid & strong. Fold/unfold with ease. Two very nice examples of very rare functional art pieces! See pics.
DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:
Each stool measures 18-3/8" tall (opened) x 27-1/2" tall (close/flattened), with 11-13/16" diameter seats. Total weight of pair is 12 lbs. 6.0 oz..
