Being offered for sale is the vintage/antique CUSTOM/HOMEMADE, MODULAR (designed with interlocking top/bottom boards which gives the option to quickly & easily split the cabinet in half) PRINTER'S CABINET (featuring unique 'print-block-style' side walls with inverted advertising text/graphics (see 5th & 7th pics) with (16) TYPESET DRAWERS (there are a few different styles of drawers which vary slightly in size/color/finish/patina/divided space design - also mixed styles of replacement brass handles) all by THE HAMILTON MFG CO. (all drawers marked "THE HAMILTON MFG CO." and "NEW DEPARTURE") from circa the late 19th or early 20th century (best guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. CONDITION NOTES:

Good/VG antique condition with minor -to- moderate overall wear throughout (i.e. scuffs, scratches, stains, dings, dents, etc.) but NO major breaks or repairs. Remains structurally rigid & strong. All drawers fit and slide smooth. Most drawers are in excellent used shape with just a few that have a broken divider wall or two (most just need some wood glue). All brass handles are replacements and are terribly misaligned (1 of the 16 drawers has no handle). Most original/old paper/cardboard labels are missing but a few remain (see pics). With exception of the top 3 newer-looking drawers, entire piece features superb, rich patina throughout. All-in-all, a fantastically unique old print drawer cabinet!! See pics.

Measures 35-3/8" wide x 21-1/16" deep (both measured at top) x 42-3/8" tall, overall (each section approx. 21-1/2" tall). Total weight of entire cabinet is 180 lbs. 4.0 oz.. Weight of just the (16) drawers is 108 lbs. 10.0 oz.. Top section (without drawers) is 34 lbs. 13.0 oz.. Bottom section (without drawers) is 36 lbs. 13.0 oz..
