Good/Very Good antique condition with NO missing or ripped pages. Fine binding is pretty loose and is especially fragile at the covers/first & last portions of the book. Both covers are pretty clean, for the most part with the long & skinny stain at right side of front (see pics) being the only sizable blemish. Corners & edges have moderate wear. Inner-front cover, where it meets the 1st page has a ripped area (see 5th pic). See pics.
