Antique DUDLEY MOTORCYCLE/BICYCLE TRUING STAND Cast Iron BIKE WHEEL REPAIR RACK

Out of stock

Motorcycle/Bicycle Truing Stand

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Being offered for sale is the antique CAST IRON MOTORCYCLE/BICYCLE TRUING STAND by DUDLEY COMPANY (with logo designed into sides and embossed "PAT. MARCH 84-85" at top of base, see 4th pic) from circa the early 20th century (best guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale as-found, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED or your money back...no questions asked!

CONDITION NOTES:

Massive, very crude, very sloppy repair at sliding wheel piece (see red arrows in multiple pictures - every angle shown). The top piece that was welded back on is an incorrect replacement part that even still, appears broken and/or missing pieces. Though as it is, could very well hold a wheel in place. Otherwise, the base/bulk of the piece is in Good/Very Good antique condition with moderate -to- severe overall cosmetic wear (small yet multiple scuffs, scratches, stains, rust, etc) but we see no additional breaks or repairs. Everything considered, this is still a very cool, very unique example of an increasingly hard to find piece! See pics.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:

Measures 17-3/8" tall x 18-3/8" wide x 13" deep, at largest points.

Weighs 21 lbs. 14.0 oz..
