CONDITION NOTES:

Brand new in FACTORY SEALED shrink-wrap, complete in original box BUT, sadly, the previous owner has ripped the shrink-wrap and removed the "DEMO COPY - NOT FOR RESALE" sticker at front cover (we know this because many other games obtained from the same collection have these stickers, which are all the same size & in the same location as this game - see examples of these said 'other games' by browsing/searching our store).
