Being offered for sale is the VERY RARE vintage/nearly antique "PAPER-CARDBOARD-ENVELOPES" 2-DRAWER METAL CABINET by "BEEKMAN PAPER AND CARD COMPANY" of "137 VARICK ST., NEW YORK, N.Y.", circa the early -to- mid 20th century (the company moved to Varick St. in 1926, as per internet research), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. Good/Very Good vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall cosmetic wear from normal use (dings, dents, scuffs, scratches, stains, areas of light rust, etc., see pics) but NO breaks, repairs or structural defects. Both drawers pull out freely on their tracks and feature a stopping mechanism to prevent drawers from come completely out. Clearly, this green metal cabinet was painted tan/beige a some time ago which has since been chipped off at the front-bottom drawer (exposing original maker's lettering). Extraordinary, rich patina throughout. This lil' cabinet is exploding with character!! See pics.

Measures 15-3/4" wide x 11-7/8" deep x 10-5/8" tall. Top drawer is 2" tall. Bottom drawer is 6-7/8" tall and is divided into a 4" wide space next to a 10-1/4" wide space. Weighs a surprisingly heavy (thick metal, I suppose) 21 lbs. 9.5 oz..
