Being offered for sale is the vintage PRUNING SAW (also known as "Turkish Saw", "Rabbet Saw" and other names) by unidentified East Asian maker (signed with ink and features original applied label - see 2nd pic), from circa the mid -to- late 20th century (best guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale as-found, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential.

CONDITION NOTES:

ONE BROKEN/MISSING TOOTH. Otherwise, Very Good/VG+ vintage condition with moderate overall cosmetic wear throughout (i.e. scuffs, scratches, stains, dings, dents, rust, pitting, etc.). Aside from the aforementioned missing tooth, we see NO additional breaks or repairs. Original sticker/applied label is present and despite the top-right corner beginning to peel a little, it is holding strong. All remaining blade teeth are sharp. Fully functional, unusual old tool, ready to use or proudly display! See pics.

 

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:

Measures 37-3/16" long, overall x 3-3/4" wide (at widest point of blade). There's 18-7/8" of exposed steel. The blade is 15-7/8" long and has approx. 6 points per inch (more like 5.75 per inch). Weighs 15.0 oz..
