Being offered for sale is the vintage CAST IRON & WOOD, WALL-MOUNTED, SPRING-ACTION FLIP DOWN / FLIP UP "TELEPHONE BOOTH" SEAT/CHAIR/STOOL embossed "H&M", "PAT. APLD. FOR" and "CHICAGO HDW. FDRY. CO." (Chicago Hardware Foundry Company) at underside of seat (see 3rd & 4th pics) from circa the early -to- mid 20th century (best guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale as-found, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential.

CONDITION NOTES:
Very Good vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall cosmetic wear throughout (i.e. dings, dents, scuffs, scratches, stains, etc.) but we see NO breaks or repairs. Vast majority of original japanning remains but there's some rusted areas. Remains structurally solid & strong. Full functional and ready to be mounted (mounting screws/bolts NOT included). See pics.

Measures 14-3/8" long, overall. Seat is 10" diameter x 3/4" thick. Weighs 3 lbs. 10.5 oz..
