Being offered for sale is the ORIGINAL antique FRAMED PAINTING (abstract/muted-style) of an INDECENT BLONDE WOMAN WEARING A SINGLE-STRAPPED DRESS, SITTING ON GROUND WITH BREASTS EXPOSED, signed "LUCAS" (unknown/unlisted artist - slight possibility it could be an 'Albert Pike Lucas' piece (google him...quite similar style) but all online signature confirmation efforts bore no fruit), from circa the mid -to- late 19th or very early 20th century (best guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale as-found, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. CONDITION NOTES:
Painting is in Very Good/VG+ antique condition with just very minor cosmetic wear (tiny scuffs, scratches, stains, possible color-fading, etc.) but NO rips, tears or holes (aside from the (8) thumb tacks at rear, used to mount it to the frame). Clear & legible signature at bottom-right corner (see 5th pic for close-up) is blocked by the frame (see 1st & 2nd pics). Frame is in Good/VG- antique condition with moderate overall wear and a few chipped areas (see red arrows in 2nd & 10th pics, which point to the (3) largest areas of damage) but otherwise, NO major breaks or repairs. Superb patina throughout and displays wonderfully! See pics.

Outer edge of frame measures 14" wide x 16-1/8" tall x 2-3/4" thick. Visible area of painting (inner edge of frame) measures 7-9/16" wide x 9-5/8" tall. Wall covering/wallpaper "canvas" is 11-1/4" wide x 13-7/8" tall. Total weight is 3 lbs. 10.5 oz..
