Being offered for sale is the antique SALVAGED, SOLID BRASS, ART NOUVEAU STYLE ANDIRON/FIREDOG FRONT (not a functional fireplace tool - included is just the one front, as shown in pics) for PARTS/REPAIR and/or as a CONVERSATION/ACCENT PIECE and/or for ALTERED ART/REPURPOSE PURPOSES by unknown maker (no visible maker's mark(s)), from circa the late 19th or early 20th century (best guess...possibly a little older), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. CONDITION NOTES:

Beat-up, salvaged condition with moderate -to- severe overall wear throughout. Bent/uneven feet and leans backward. Bent/slightly twisted top portion. Clearly missing back leg/log support beam. Included is just one front-piece only and is being offered as a parts/repair and/or altered art/repurpose piece only. Most redeeming quality is the absolutely superb, incredibly rich, dark patina throughout. See pics.
