Being offered for sale is the antique WOODWORKING "HAND SCREW" / "WOOD VISE" CLAMP manufactured by "WM. K. ALDRICH" ("Successor to MILTON ALDRICH") of Lowell, Mass. and sold by "HAMMACHER SCHLEMMER & CO. of New York, N.Y., from circa 1903 (inaugural year of "Successor to Milton Aldrich" company name) till 1918 (March 19, 1918 was the year the Cady Building in Lowell was burned to the ground, killing William Aldrich in the fire and ending the 65 year old company), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. CONDITION NOTES:

Excellent, virtually brand new old stock! Very minor 'shelf-wear' throughout but looks like it has never been used. Original paper label remains with just minor -to- moderate overall wear (see 3rd pic). Monogrammed at two end panels (see 5th pic for close-up of one)Extraordinary clean example! See pics.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:

Jaws are 14" long, each. Max opening is approx. 8" (I had the rods in the wrong places for the pictures, which is why the 8th picture shows 7" max but you can see how the top rod has at least another inch left, if it were swapped with the other rod - sorry for the confusion). Please see ruler in pictures for size/scale reference. Additional measurements shall be provided upon request. Total weight is 3 lbs. 7.5 oz..
