Being offered for sale is the lot of vintage DIECAST SERVICE/RESCUE VEHICLES by MATCHBOX SUPERFAST and/or LESNEY PRODUCTS & CO. (see below for list of all vehicles included) from c.1972-1979 (see below and/or the last 4 pics - zoom in), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale as-found, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to their full potential. AIRPORT COACH No. 65 from 1977
BLAZE BUSTER No. 22 from 1975
REFUSE TRUCK No. 36 from 1979
SEASPRITE No. 75 from 1976
SNORKEL FIRE ENGINE No. 13 from 1977
THE LONDONER (double-decker bus) No. 17 from 1972
U.S. MAIL TRUCK No. 5 from 1976
WRECK TRUCK No. 61 from 1978
CONDITION NOTES:
The U.S. MAIL TRUCK has a broken/bent front windshield, which is being held on by just one of the 33 connection points (see arrows in pictures - zoom-in). Otherwise, all are in Very Good/VG+ or better vintage condition with minor -to- moderate (mostly minor) overall wear throughout (i.e. small/medium scuffs, scratches, stains, dings, dents, etc.) but NO breaks or repairs. All wheels spin freely & roll smoothly. This lot came from the original owner who briefly & gently played with them as a child, many years ago. It's only just recently that they were found within a sealed garbage bag we liberated during an attic clean-out. Great lot of nice & clean examples! See pics.
