Being offered for sale is the antique "HEALTH BRAND PURE FOODS" COFFEE "BEAN" (the handful of other examples we found all read "GROUND" where this one reads "BEAN") LITHOGRAPHY TIN CAN (no lid) by "LEWIS DE GROFF & SON" of New York and manufactured by "REPUBLIC CAN CO." of Brooklyn, N.Y., circa the early 1920's (as per internet research), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. CONDITION NOTES:
Good antique condition with moderate -to- severe overall wear (dings, dents, scuffs, scratches, stains, etc.) throughout from normal use over the years but NO major breaks or repairs. Small hole at base (see last pic). Minimal rust (mostly around top rim and at interior). Original top missing. Outstanding patina throughout. Displays nicely! See pics.
