Syroco horse tie and belt hanger - beautiful detail!!
This is a Syrocco Tie or Belt Rack. Most of these were made in the 1950's. It has a Western motif. It has 9 metal holders that swing out, there was originally 12 of them, 3 will need to be replaced. I believe it is made of composite wood. The item is in good condition overall.
