ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Being offered for sale is the FREDRICK POST CO. "VERSALOG" SLIDE RULE No. 1460 (marked "HEMMI BAMBOO - JAPAN GE") in ORIGINAL LEATHER HARD-CASE (with added loop & clip), from circa 1960-68 (as per internet identification/dating - we are NOT experts, please correct us if wrong - thanks), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential.

CONDITION NOTES:

One side's glass has crack that runs all the way thru (see green arrows in 9th pic). Remains strong within metal frame. Other side does NOT have any cracks. Otherwise, the rule is in excellent vintage condition with just minor overall cosmetic wear (see pics) but we see no other breaks or repairs. Original leather case has a few blemishes but also remains in great shape. See pics.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:

Slide rule has range of 0" to 10" and measures 12-9/16" long, overall. Case is 13-1/8" long, overall. Total weight in case is 11.4 oz..
