Very Good/VG+ antique condition with minor -to- moderate overall cosmetic wear. Structurally rigid & strong. Sits flat with no wobble. NO structural damage, breaks or repairs to any wood. Upholstery needs work...or replacement. Both front corners have come loose (see red arrows in pics 2, 5 & 6). Previous owner attempted to secure upholstery with small nails around entire edge (see blue arrows in pics 2 & 6, which point to some but not all of said nails). No rips or tears but a few stains and creases throughout (see 10th pic). Original steel springs and canvas straps/webbing at underside (one end of one strap is holding on by one nail, see last pic...repair is advised to prevent further damage). Nice patina to all materials throughout. Very nice, ornately carved chair!! See pics.
