Very worn, heavily rusted throughout. All three knobs turn/adjust. Top one is very tight. The middle one is very good & spins smooth. The bottom one is just a little tight. If anything else is supposed to spin/rotate, it is rust solid, as nothing besides the 3 knobs will move. Eye-cup rim is quite bent. May or may not have broken and/or missing parts/pieces. BEING OFFERED AS A PARTS/REPAIR and/or AS A DISPLAY/COLLECTIBLE PIECE ONLY. See pics.
