Being offered for sale is the antique ED WUSTHOF CHEF KNIFE (No. 145-8 w/ etched, upward-pointing Trident logo) from Solingen, Germany circa the late 19th or early 20th century (best guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. Good/VG antique condition with minor -to- moderate overall wear, including a small/minor split in one of the wood scales/handle (logo-side, see pictures 3 thru 6), chipped knife-point (see pictures...visible in most of them) and some small areas of rust throughout. Remains structurally solid & strong. Blade is pretty sharp but could certainly use a fresh sharpening. Etched maker's marks (at one side of blade) are a bit faded but still clearly visible when light hits them in the right way(s). Superb patina throughout. Hard to find, petite antique knife!! See pics.

Measures 12-3/4" long, overall. Blade is 8-3/8" long. Weighs 3.4 oz..
