Being offered for sale is the vintage CASE XX U.S.A. FOLDING HUNTER KNIFE (2-blade) No. 6265SAB (Saber Ground) with JIGGED LAMINATE HANDLES and DRILLED LANYARD HOLE (and steep right side bolster (which was changed to a smaller bolster with less of an upright curve in 1965)) and LEATHER BELT SHEATH (not original...looks homemade), from 1964 (steep bolster + lanyard hole + "CASE XX" over "U.S.A." logo (marked at blade) = 1964 production year...the only year this knife had all those variables...making it QUITE RARE!! (see last picture for research reference collage), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED or your money back...no questions asked!

Very Good/VG+ vintage condition with just minor overall wear from normal use over the years. The skinner blade is quite clean with minimal use/wear. The master blade has moderate wear with some rust and a few tiny areas of very light pitting. Both blade edges are extremely sharp. Both blades open with ease and snap shut strongly with a crisply audible sound. The maker's marks are both clearly visible at each side of the master blade. Both handles/scales are in great shape with just minor cosmetic wear. Very nice example of a hard to find, highly sought after knife! See pics.

Measures 5-1/4" long, closed and 9-1/4" long, opened. Total weight in sheath is 9.6 oz..
