Being offered for sale is the ancient (to the best of our knowledge but has NOT been professionally authenticated) HAND BLOWN GLASS BOTTLE/VIAL/VESSEL (very crude "square" body with flared neck and smooth lip - features extreme weathering/thick layers of rich mineral build-up over the vast majority of surface glass) with unknown origin (best guess, Roman) and unknown age (possibly as old as 100-300 AD - best guess based on our amateur research...we have no experience dealing ancient items - we could be way off - please feel free to message us with any knowledge you could share...that would be very much appreciated)as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. CONDITION NOTES:

Condition is as clearly shown in the pictures. It is extremely weathered with thick layers of mineral deposits covering the vast majority of the surface glass, with only a few small areas where the glass is visible (see last (under-lit) picture). Patina is very fragile and flakes off with the lightest of touches (see 11th picture for a large piece that popped off while photographing (said piece has been bagged and shall be included with the bottle)). No visible breaks or repairs to the glass.
