ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Being offered for sale is the antique DOUBLE-IRON-HANDLED COPPER POT / KETTLE / CAULDRON by unknown maker (no visible maker's mark(s)), from circa the 18th or 19th century (mid 19th would be our best guess but possibly 18th or even older), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED or your money back...no questions asked!

CONDITION NOTES:

Good/VG antique condition with moderate -to- severe overall cosmetic wear (i.e. multiple dings, dents, scuffs, scratches, stains, etc.) but we see NO breaks or repairs. Holds water - NO leaks. Handles are both incredibly strong. Does not sit perfectly flat (but pretty close). Features outstanding, rich patina throughout, with some areas of pretty advanced verdigris (the green stuff). All-in-all, an awesome example of a massive old copper pot! See pics.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:

Holds just over 27 liters of liquid (~7.13 U.S. gallons).

Measures 33" long, handle -to- handle x 9-5/8" tall, base -to- rim. Outer edge of rim is 15" diameter.

Weighs 21 lbs. 13.5 oz..

PLEASE NOTE (if applicable)The inflated shipping cost for this item is to help offset the high price of insuring the package at full purchase price. Please take this into consideration and work it into your offer(s).
