When found, box was open and aside from the advertising piece (the main base) all parts/pieces were factory sealed, wrapped in brown paper. We did not know what this item was, so we opened it up and put it together for the pictures. Unfortunately, since the advertising piece was not protected, it has two small cosmetic blemishes (see green arrows in 7th pic). Otherwise, it is virtually brand new/N.O.S.. Box is in rough condition and has been taped in multiple places to help keep it from completely falling apart. See pics.
