Good antique condition with moderate overall wear from normal use over the years, including a chunk missing from one slat and a crack/split in another slat (see red arrows in many of the pics), but remains structurally rigid & strong. Old rope is very fragile and falls apart upon contact. It serves to real purpose other than adding to the aesthetic appeal. All for casters wheels spin & swivel smooth. Fully functional tool but better as a display/decor/collector's piece. See pics.
