Being offered for sale is the vintage HOMEMADE/CUSTOM CEDAR PLYWOOD BOX (for storing glass slides(?) - features brass label-window hardware (at one end/side) and steel handles (w/ brass-look finish, at each end/sides)) by unknown maker (no identifiable maker's mark(s)), from circa the mid -to- late 20th century (best guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to its full potential. CONDITION NOTES:

Very Good vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall cosmetic wear (scuffs, scratches, stains, dings, dents, etc.) throughout but NO breaks or repairs. Structurally rigid & strong. Lid does not sit perfectly flat. Handles are solid & strong. Nice, light patina throughout. See pics.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:

Measures 15-9/16" wide x 6-13/16" tall (lidded) x 6-3/4" deep. Each of the (16) slots are approx. 2-7/8" wide x 3/4" deep (varies slightly - all slots are not exactly the same size but none are smaller than those dimensions). Weighs 7 lbs. 7.0 oz..
