Wheel DOES NOT spin. It is locked up good due to a bent/warped part/piece. May or may not be fixable. Also, the hook won't swivel (might just need a good cleaning/greasing). Because of these two issues, it is being offered as a PARTS/REPAIR and/or DISPLAY/DECOR piece only. Otherwise, it is in Good/VG cosmetic condition with minor -to- moderate overall wear from normal heavy-duty use. Superb patina throughout. See pics.
