Very Good/VG+ "NEW WITH DEFECTS" condition with (4) missing corner clips (that hold the front plastic onto the metal backing...there are (4) clips remaining and they DO hold it on just fine but when moving the sign, you must be careful not to let the corners slip off) and some minor damage to (3) of the (4) corners (see red arrows for missing clips and green arrows for damage in pictures 5, 7, 10 & 11). Otherwise, excellent, near mint or better. Never used before we removed the factory plastic and tested it. Works perfectly. See pics.
