Sample cutter is in excellent, near mint condition with light patina. Book is in Good/G+ antique condition with moderate wear/bends/warping to covers & pages but nothing catastrophic. Binding is incredibly strong. All pages/photos are a bit rough around edges but there's NO major rips, tears, stains, markings, creases, etc. See pics.
Book measures 11-1/2" wide x 8-3/8" tall x 1" thick/deep (at binding). Cutter measures 4-1/8" wide x 2-1/2" tall x 1" deep/thick (back to tip of cutter). Total weight of lot is 3 lbs. 6.5 oz..
