Appears to be brand new, never installed, genuine new-old-stock. Complete with fuse in sealed envelope & original packing foam. We did NOT test this item but given the nearly pristine condition, the odds are pretty darn good that it will work like-new (if not, just send it back to us in the same condition it left us for full purchase price refund (less shipping charges)). Box has moderate "shelfwear" but remains structurally rigid & strong.
